For over 10 years, I’ve been helping people recover from chronic stress, overwhelm, and burnout by helping them slow down enough to hear what their bodies have been trying to say.

My background and training are in applied somatics, including:

  • Nervous system regulation

  • Parts work (IRF), Somatic Experiencing®

  • Attachment repair

I work with attachment in the broadest sense — not only the bond between parent and child, but also the ongoing relationship between a person and their body, lineage, land, and community. Attachment wounds can show up anywhere connection was supposed to be reliable and wasn't — and repair can happen in more places than we're usually taught to look.

I became a Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner (SEP) because for me, psychotherapy, yoga, and coaching were not enough. I needed to get to the root of my dysregulation — and this work is what allowed me to do that.

Before I became a Somatic Practitioner, I taught yoga and meditation to teens through the NYC Department of Education and led mindfulness training for corporate executives.

Sessions are typically held virtually — so wherever you are, and wherever life takes me, this work remains available to you.

If working in person is important to you, it may be an option. I currently have a waiting list for sessions in Cross River, NY.

Individual sessions are $185 for 60 minutes. Longer sessions can be available upon request.

I reserve a limited number of sessions on a sliding scale. Feel free to inquire about availability.

I work one-on-one with adults only.
